Google Android 7.0 Rolling Out to Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge
Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 border users are about to become a taste of nougat—Android vii.0 Nougat, that is. Samsung but announced it officially started rolling out Google's latest operating organization to its current flagships smartphones from January 17 2022.
The company didn't specify what markets are receiving the update first, but it had been testing Google Android 7.0 Nougat through its Samsung Galaxy Beta Plan since Nov 2022 with users in the US, Uk, and Korea.
Samsung said the roll-out will expand to additional countries and devices earlier the second one-half of the year. Hither's the list of devices slated to receive the update: the Samsung Galaxy S6, Milky way S6 Border and S6 edge Plus, Milky way Note5, Galaxy Tab A with S Pen, Galaxy Tab S2 (LTE unlock), Milky way A3, and Galaxy A8.
"With the release of the update, new and improved features promise to permit Galaxy users get more out of their devices," Samsung said. "The update too enables faster speeds for downloading apps and arrangement software updates."
Those improvements extend to the Quick Panel, Notifications, and the divide screen view. Quick Panel "features a cleaner aesthetic" making icons easier to locate while Notifications should display information more than conspicuously and volition support Direct Reply.
